Ex Thunder Warrior

Back from the Land of the Kiwi.

Experiencing the 16 days there in a whole new climate was breathtaking.

I, myself, don't even know where to begin.

I shall just let the pictures do the talking. The order of the pics will be scattered in no particular order.

I got tonnes of photos as you can see.

Lots of stuff to say which I shall just spurt out in gibberish order:

~ learn much more about being an FO
~ I love the freezing cold weather, just hate the WIND
~ Clouds maketh my day
~ I hate political backstabiing
~ I'm a non-conformist, and like to do what I like
~ I don't like being in cities aka Auckland always having the feeling that I'll get robbed all the time
~ The smell of sulphur repels moi
~ I love NZ combat rations esp the choccies

I enjoyed my time there, killing boredom with TERRORIST BOY, TAN CHING CHONG and DIM SUM LIM.

You guys made the OP bearable.

You really need humour to survive outfield man.

Coming back, went to Chinatown to pack in the crowds.

It was hot. Sweaty. and Disgusting.

And some lady almost accuse me of molesting her.

Oh plz... (roll eyes....)

Anyway. Photos. = )

Bon Voyage

I'm leaving wonderful Singapore !

To bask in the freezing winter of New Zeland.

It's freakin 10 degree celsius average.

Anyway had a fun time meeting up all my buddies.

Especially my BMT bros. Alex going off to pilot school and seeing how Poh, Ivan and Kumar has been getting along.

Fun time dudes.

Thinking of the dream cities to better spend time at.

Until then.

2 weeks in freezing NZ won't be fun at all.

Leaving all my friends and loved ones.

Sigh.

But I'm looking for a whole new experience freezing my family jewels.

Leaving on a jet plane,
Benjamin

P.S. As usual, I'll have loads of photos when I come back !

Trevor

Been spending loads of time painting the town red.

Not that it ever turns red.

With all the irritating CNY songs being played, it irritates me going retail shopping.

And now that I have my pay for the next few days before I'm flying off, I feel almighty powerful with SPENDING POWER!

Went out with Gwenne twice!

She recommended Garlic Prawn Spaghetti

I'm so in love with Cookie Craze

Went back to camp next morning to do luggage officer duties.

Sianz.

Meeting my BMT buddies tomorrow. Dying to see them.

I'm so thankful of these pre-flight off days.

Just chilling out with friends.

I love Trevor and you should too,

Reflections

I have yet to bring closure to 2005.

Yes, it's a little late.

I know.

But being the luggage officer of the flight with people from various units, my task is a bit complicated.

And the fact that the other luggage officer with me IS suppose to HELP me but all he ever does is whine and complain.

HULLO??????

I'M DOING ALL THE SHIT WORK FOR YOU !!!!????!!!!

I'm like doing ALL THE CO-ORDINATION getting the passports and kit bags.

Frankly speaking, I don't need him being around at ALL. Really.

He's more annoying than assistance.

It's best if I do everything MYSELF. I'm like SO MUCH more COMPETENT.

Okay. Enuff Bitchin.

As I was saying.

Closure to 2005.

Stuff happened to me and what not.

Overall, 2005 was pleasant.

It marked a year of change for me.

I know I will never fit into an Organization like SAF.

I know who are the friends I can really entrust secrets with.

I know my physical limiations can be pushed to the limits when threatened with early book outs.

I know what I want to get out of my life.

I know I'm starting to feel old the day after my 21st Birthday party.

I know that life is short and you have to live every minute for it.

I know that doing your family proud is an amazing feeling especially when my grandfather grinned uncontrollably at my comissioning parade.

I know that my wallet is starting to develop holes and I have to be aware of what people like to term it as 'the future'.

I know and come to accept that love do exists.

I know and come to accept that TV is no longer part of my life.

I know and come to terms with myself that I'm a self-driven and self-motivated person and no matter what shitty task is thrown at me, I will reluctantly see thru the end of it.

I know what the time comes, the time will come.

I know that it's 2006 and I look forward to brighten my bleak future as an opportunist.

Adios 2005

Feelin' Better

Guess what is stolen is stolen.

Gone.

Vamoose.

I heard there was another theft thief striking again at the very same room at at night again.

Guess you feel the pain only after it being pickpocketed.

I have come to terms. Already.

Gonna be musicless for like 2 whole weeks.

I'm heading to the LOTR landscapre of New Zeland.

Weeeeeee....

The fuck thing is I'm the LUGGAGE OFFICER and there are SO many people making requests of handing in their passports and kit bags late.

Idiots.

Mess up my schedule.

Waste my phone bill.

Grrrr....

Guess that's why my pay is justified to that of an officer.

More like highly-paid and under-duress sai-kang warrior.

I'm flying off next wednesday.

Got loads of photos but due to time constraint, sai-kang Ben has to go off le.

Ta-ta and Zen-less,
Benji

Fucking Pissed

There is nothing worse than being pissed off.

I am DAMN pissed.

SUPER pissed.

Excruciatingly FUCKING pissed.

Seriously.

Nothing.

NOTHING.

Nothing went right for me today.

Just nothing.

Not the discovery of the fucker who stole my MP3 player.

Not the MP Provost finding any substantial evidence.

Not the computer which hanged on me.

Not the $25 haircut

Not even meeting a particular someone who cancelled on me the fucking last minute.

Seriously, Just fuck la.

That person then made a last minute promise that he/she will meet up and IN THE END?

Broke that promise.

Really Just fuck. Fuck. Fuck. Fuck. Fuck. Fuck.

Nothing is going right and I HATE IT!

I'm just using my blog as an avenue of frustration.

Fuck the world.

Pissed

Yes.

PISSED TO THE MAX.

My beloved mp3 Creavtive Zen Micro player was stolen.

Yes.

In camp. And it was stolen while I was sleeping inside the DOO (Duty Orderly Office) room.

Fucking pissed.

Not only was my Zen Micro got 'kope', my Duty GA's Sony Discman plus my Signaller's DVD player went missing too.

The fucking stealer took it from the estimated investigated time of 0330-0530.

While I was sleeping like a pig.

And my Zen was in the my bag with my earphones.

And frankly.

I missed my Panasonic earphones more.

They are like the best earphones to the MAX.

Now it's gone. With my Zen.

What a fucking start to the New Year.

Pissed.

- Benjamin

P.S. I know insults hurled on my blog to the damn arse stealer won't work but if it ever does, I wish his penis will shrivelled to the size of a walnut and a potted Cactus plant will just drop on his head from the 25th storey HDB flat.

Bye 2005, Hullo 2006

Nothing much has really changed.

Looking forward to the year ahead.

Will write my reflections and what I look forward in the year of the doggie.

Have some celebratory photos too but can't post much up.

Have to go back camp and do duty.

Sucks.

Me, Gwenne n Ben @ Heeren

More updates next time.

Adios 2005,
Benjamin
